Sarah has been my saviour for years now. I’ve made my monthly visit to her a non-negotiable in my selfcare. She is by far the most skillful and and knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve seen and her expertise goes way beyond massage. She works with energy and heals inside out.
I’m thankful to her for supporting me through the most challenging time in my life. She was an important part of my ongoing healing journey from complex PTSD. I have since introduced her to a number of my friends and family who all love her and see her regularly for treatment.
